Order changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it can’t be modified. If you wish to cancel or return a product, you can visit the Return & Refund page and follow the procedure mentioned there.
Item not received
If you have successfully placed an order and haven’t received it, but the tracking status shows it to be delivered, then you may contact the carrier to find out the status of your order, since as once the item is shipped, we don’t have control over it.
